Curriculum Design & Academic Advocacy
This work demonstrates my ability to translate complex, cross-disciplinary concepts into a structured, actionable framework and advocate for unconventional solutions within institutional constraints.
I identified a gap in traditional leadership education and designed a six-goal interdisciplinary degree from scratch, integrating Communication, Sociology, Psychology, and Business. I then built the case for it across multiple academic departments and secured formal university approval.
The result: a fully approved, self-constructed degree program aligned to real-world leadership demands. This demonstrates my ability to identify strategic gaps, build compelling arguments, and move unconventional ideas through institutional gatekeepers.
