Restaurant Launch

I build the systems that make a business run — from day one.

I co-led the full pre-opening and grand opening launch of a high-volume restaurant. I partnered with the General Manager to design the Front of House layout, write service protocols, and onboard and train the founding staff. I built checklists, service standards, and POS integration processes before a single customer walked through the door.

The result: a team that was operational, consistent, and on-standard from opening day. This demonstrates my ability to build systems under pressure, lead teams through uncertainty, and deliver measurable results at launch. We opened on schedule  with a staff of 28 and hit between 40k-50k in first-week revenue.
