I take complex theoretical frameworks and convert them into practical, human-centered strategies that work in real environments — not just on paper.
I synthesized Transformational, Adaptive, and Servant leadership models into a single cohesive framework. I then applied that framework to real-world case scenarios: employee retention challenges, organizational setbacks, and team motivation under resource constraints. Where traditional tools fell short, I developed alternative incentive structures and leadership approaches that still delivered results.
This work shows an employer exactly how I think when the playbook runs out.
